I've utilised this printer for about a month. In common, it prints text well, albeit a bit overLinksaturated. OTOH, the rated speed output for monochrome prints is actually close to accurate. For color prints, my use has primarily been for color charts, graphs as well as the like, and for this purpose, it works admirably properly (use decent top quality laser paper for best results). It really is quick, and for both monochrome and color printing, it's quite quiet, with rapid startup (no lengthy waiting just before the first page is printed). I would not use this printer for photographs, but that is apparent. Inkjet and dye-sub printers do a far greater job at printing photos, despite the fact that the expenses of consumables are a lot higher at the same time. Comparison with my Konica-Minolta 2450 (that is also network ready shows slight banding and usually less than optimal photo high quality.
